All Remisia items are made to order. Processing time varies by product. During major holidays and promotion periods, processing may take longer.
Note: Choosing Expedited Shipping only shortens the delivery time, but not the processing time (or production time)
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, we're happy to assist for free. However, once your shipment begins its international journey, we incur extra fees. Depending on the extent of the address change, you may be required to pay the additional charges.

* P.O. Boxes or military addresses: We can only ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping.
* The above delivery times are estimates from our couriers. Remisia is not responsible for delays once shipped. Delays may occur due to force majeure such as pandemics, wars, politics, or extreme weather, but we will do our best to minimize inconvenience.
* Customs duties may apply for international shipments. Any additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Track an Order

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, return shipping fees will apply. If a refund is requested, please note that personalized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee
