Because each piece of jewelry is unique and handcrafted for you, the production time varies per item. In the formula on the product page — Handcrafted (X business days) — you will find the exact timeframe for each specific product.
Generally, we apply the following timeframes:

Standard handcrafted: 3 ~ 5 days (e.g., Silver Bracelets, some Tungsten Rings).

Complex artisanal products: 5 ~ 15 days (e.g., Photo Lockets, Silver Wedding Rings).

Special handmade collections: 15 ~ 35 days (e.g., most Tungsten Rings).
Please note: Processing time begins as soon as your order is confirmed. We advise you to carefully check the information on the product page before placing your order.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your delivery address, we will gladly help you correct this free of charge. Please note, however, that once your shipment begins its international journey, we incur additional charges from the shipping carrier. Depending on the extent of your address change, you may therefore need to bear the extra costs.
